We design, build and remodel the full range of senior housing models. Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, and CCRC.

We have designed and built for a wide array of medical uses such as Dialysis, Emergency Care, Clinical Facilities, Private practice, and specialty office such as Neurology, Lung Specialty, Radiology, Women's Clinics, Psychology Clinics and combined practices.
RESIDENTIAL
We design for a wide variety of residential uses including Multi-family, Apartments, and Condos.

Summerset Assisted Living - Paso Robles
This 62 Unit Assisted Living and 40 Unit Memory Care community is under construction.

This 62 Unit Assisted Living and 40 Unit Memory Care community is under construction.
San Bernardino Multi-Use at Civic Center
This multi-use community features 24 live-work units with shops on level one with a condo above. This project completed construction in 2008.
Architecture
We provide a full range of architectural services from planning through construction admin. California, Arizona and Nevada licensing.
Land Planning
We handle Land Planning through all Planning and Development Departments throughout CA including Environmental, LEED and Green criteria. We have designed projects from 1 Acre through 500 Acre parcels. We specialize in maximizing the use for each parcel.
Entitlement Realization
We incorporate owners criteria AHJ including Building, Planning, Fire, Environmental and Licensing criteria.
